Plain-language information handling.

The chapter asks for only the information needed to maintain membership, coordinate meetings, and support member tax-receipt administration.

What the forms collect

The membership form collects your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any optional notes you choose to provide. The guest form collects a name, an email address, and, if you add it, who is coming with you. The nomination form collects the nominating member's name, email address, and cell number, plus a contact name, email address, and optional phone number at the charity.

How it is used

The committee uses this information to maintain the membership list, communicate meeting details, prepare name tags for guests, record commitments, and coordinate tax receipt information with selected charities when required.

How it is handled

Website submissions are delivered to the chapter inbox through a transactional email provider. Information should be retained only for as long as it is needed for chapter administration and applicable record keeping. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
